In my own intake process, we talked for about an hour putting a plan in place for the month that I would be in The Stable. During that month everything that we did had a purpose and was incredibly intentional. “My time spent at The Stable has impacted me tremendously both on and off the field. When I come home from school, I spend my time training with Jake and JP who constantly work with high level athletes. Their provision and attention to detail have made insurmountable changes to help me perform to the best of my ability. I came in having soreness, mechanical inefficiencies, lack of range of motion, and poor overall movement which they handled with detail and care. They immediately got me in for an evaluation and we got to work from there. JP kindly made me a lifting and throwing program right away which meant I didn't have to waste any time waiting. By dedicating myself to the process they laid out, we saw rapid changes in just days. I was privileged to do most of my work with JP, who held me accountable and was by my side every step of the way. I am in my sophomore year as a left-handed pitcher for Penn State and I still do my exercises given to me by The Stable every day. Anytime I have an issue or just want to talk, Jake and JP are always accessible over the phone, and they attack every client with equal detail. The Stable has transformed me into a better person and athlete which makes buying into their process worth every second. “
